ATLAS has a Better Way to Work.
You won’t get bored here – our tasks vary from day to day. We wear the hats of not only concrete finishers, but also carpenters, DOT drivers, mechanics, excavators, fabricators and more. But we do have a routine we stick to. The most important thing we do each day is the first thing we do each day: we start together and we come up with a plan together. That’s what makes us the best at what we do. We check the drawings, our equipment, tools and materials, and decide who’s doing what and when. We make a list, help each other check it, and get to it. Individually and together, we work towards our goals. We reach a good stopping point and then we take our breaks and lunches together. We keep our shop and trucks and job sites tidy— you can find what you need, and it’s safer that way, and it looks good, too.
